FAQ
What is the TC Series?
TC Series is another division of Triple Crown Sports that aims to enable series tournament directors to continue producing quality events that meet the expectations of teams and players across America while supporting their business to grow.
How are you different to other governing bodies?
Unlike current national governing bodies (NGBs), we do not wish to dictate rules from the corporate office, but rather listen to the successful directors at the state level encouraging a more collaborative system that creates a unique community.
How much will this cost me?
Nothing! We do not charge a sanctioning fee per tournament or per team, and there is no upfront cost to doing business. There are normal business expenses like insurance, a website, and scheduling software you will be responsible for, however, with Triple Crown’s connections and bulk buying, you may receive discounted pricing on many event services.
Am I the only tournament director in my area?
Not necessarily – however, we will strategically select directors that do not directly compete with each other for teams, facilities, dates, officials, etc. The goal of TC Series is to promote a culture of community where directors work together to grow the game and help everyone be successful.
Will Triple Crown run the event for me?
No. You run your event because it’s your business. Triple Crown is here to support you with technology, marketing, discounts on industry products, and collaboration.
How does Triple Crown benefit if you aren’t charging me?
Having trusted tournament directors running high quality events across the country, the Triple Crown brand is elevated and more nationally known. TC Series grows the database of teams that could potentially attend one of our national events without the added overheads of running events in every state.
